- 1 lb. Salt Pork
- 1 medium Onion, peeled
- 8 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Molasses
- 2 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 6-1/2 c. Warm Water
Directions

1Soak the beans overnight. In the morning, parboil them for 10 minutes with the Baking Soda. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.
