  • 1 plum tomato, chopped
  • 12 cup of finely chopped red onion
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt (enough to season)

Directions

    Chop the tomato and onion and place in a mixing bowl.

    Scoop out with a fork or spoon and place in mixing bowl with tomato and onion.

    Add lime juice.

    Mash avocado into tomato and onion mixture with a fork.

    Add lime juice and salt.
