Ingredients

  • 3 whole Ripe Avocados
  • 1 whole Ripe Medium Tomato
  • 1/4 whole Red Onion, Medium
  • 1/2 bunches Cilantro
  • 1/2 whole Juice Of Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips

Directions

    Peel, pit, and mash the avocados, keeping one pit in the bowl to prevent browning.

    Finely dice the tomato and the onion and add to the avocado mixture.

    Finely slice 1/2 of a bunch of cilantro.

    Add the juice of 1/2 of a lime.

    Add 1 teaspoon salt.

    Stir all this together and taste.

    You may want to add some more salt to taste.

    Serve with tortilla chips.

    Note: If your avocados are very firm, you can ripen them quickly by leaving them in your unheated oven with the light on overnight in a closed brown paper bag.
