  • 4 ripe avocados
  • 1 (9 oz.) can picante sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

    Halve avocados; scoop pulp into a large bowl and mash with a fork.

    Add remaining ingredients to avocado and stir to blend. Makes abut 4 cups.
