  • 300 g chopped beef
  • 2 big onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons paprika (powder)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 -2 beef bouillon cube
  • 4 potatoes
  • salt
  • 1 garlic

Directions

    You start with saute the onions, in a big pot.

    Chop the potatoes and add them, the water with the cubics of stock and spices with the onions, let it boil under 10 minute.

    In the meantime, saute the meat in a pan, stir it so that there wont be any lumps.

    Put the meat in the pot.

    Let it boil for another 10 min, at least, the more the better.
  6. 6
    Taste and serve.
