- 1/2 lb. okra

- gumbo file (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt
- black pepper to taste
- crushed red pepper (optional)
Directions

1Boil chicken, sausage and onions until chicken and sausage are well done.

2Add seafood, okra, bay leaves, thyme, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper and gumbo file.
