  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. nuts
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. gumdrops, cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Beat eggs with water until light.

    Add sugar and mix well.

    Use a small amount of flour to dust gumdrops and nuts.

    Add sifted dry ingredients to egg mixture, mix and stir in gumdrops and nuts. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan in 350° oven for 24 minutes.

    While warm, frost with Orange Butter Frosting.

    Cut in squares or bars.
