- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 500g minced pork Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup finely chopped chinese cabbage
- 2 spring onions, minced
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 500g gyoza wrappers
- soy sauce, extra, for dipping sauce
Directions

1Mix Philly*, pork, cabbage, spring onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper until combined.

2Place one tablespoon of pork mixture on wrappers and brush with water.

3Fold both sides up to form a semi-circle, pinch the corners to seal the edges.

4Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large saucepan.

5Arrange half the gyoza in the hot pan and fry over medium heat 2 minutes, until the bottoms are golden.

6Add 1/2 cup water.

7Cover pan and cook 3 minutes, until wrappers are translucent.

8Uncover and continue cooking until the bottoms are crisp.

9Repeat process with remaining gyoza.

10Serve with soy sauce.
