  • 5 medium potatoes (1-inch cubes)
  • 4 medium carrots (1/2-inch pieces)

  • 3 to 4 medium celery stalks, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans sliced tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. quick cook tapioca
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. water
