Haddock In Milk

- 500 ml skim milk (enough to half fill a saucepan)
- 4 haddock fillets (1 per person)
- 1 red onion
- pepper (for taste)
Directions

1Pour you milk into a saucepan and leave to bubble- NOT BOIL.

2Add your haddock, onion and pepper.

3Leave to cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring and blowing milk when over bubbling.

4Serve with boiled or mashed potato.
