- 2 lb. ribeye steak
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) jar mushrooms, sliced
- rice
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Chop onion and bell pepper.

3Put them in melted butter and fry until onions are brown.

4Then add mushrooms, steak and Worcestershire sauce. (Cut steaks into small bites.)

5Simmer until meat is tender.

6Add jalapenos or pepper sauce, if you wish.

7Serve over rice and with a salad.
