Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. dry active yeast
- 2 c. milk (lukewarm)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 c. white flour
- 3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm milk.

2Add oil, eggs and sugar; mix well.

3Place both flours in large bowl.

4Stir milk mixture into flours.

5Mix well and turn onto floured board.

6Knead until smooth and satiny, about 10 minutes.

7Place dough in clean oiled bowl; turn to oil top.

8Cover and let rise in warm place until double (1 hour).

9Punch down and knead briefly.

10Shape into 2 loaves.

11Place in oiled loaf pans.
-
12Cover and let rise until double (45 minutes).
