- 1 lb. halibut fillets, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 10 oz. regular milk
- 1 c. grated yellow cheese
Directions

1Place halibut in casserole dish.

2Dust flour over fish. Sprinkle on needed salt and pepper.

3Layer on onion.

4Mix cream of celery soup and milk.

5Pour over onions.

6Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.

7Layer on cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
