- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 tsp. dill
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 c. water
- 1 lb. halibut
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Simmer all ingredients except halibut, wine and parsley for 20 to 30 minutes.

2Add chunks of halibut, wine and parsley.

3Cook for 10 minutes.

4Add 2 tablespoons flour to 1/2 cup milk.

5Stir until smooth and add to chowder to thicken.
