- 3 lb. hamburger
- 3 c. cooked rice
- onion to taste
- salt and pepper
- 2 large heads cabbage
- tomato soup or ketchup or tomatoes
Directions

1Combine cooked rice, hamburger, onion, salt and pepper.

2Place cabbage in very hot water to loosen leaves.

3Fill leaves with rice-hamburger mixture.

4Fold shut.

5Place in roaster, folded side down.

6Cover with desired tomato mixture.

7Bake in a 325° oven about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
