  • 3 lb. hamburger
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • onion to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 large heads cabbage
  • tomato soup or ketchup or tomatoes

Directions

    Combine cooked rice, hamburger, onion, salt and pepper.

    Place cabbage in very hot water to loosen leaves.

    Fill leaves with rice-hamburger mixture.

    Fold shut.

    Place in roaster, folded side down.

    Cover with desired tomato mixture.

    Bake in a 325° oven about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
