- 1 pkg. Polish sausage, diced
- 1 (18 oz.) can sauerkraut
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 3 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1In frying pan, over low heat, place the Polish sausage, onion, margarine, garlic salt and onion powder.

2Cook until sausage is browned and the onion is sauteed.

3Put the egg noodles into boiling water; cook until tender and strain.

4Add margarine to hot noodles; cover to keep warm.

5When sausage is brown, add kraut to frying pan and stir slowly until kraut browns on the ends.

6Remove from heat and add the cooked noodles.
