  • 3 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 can (12 oz.) Lite beer, room temperature

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and put into a sprayed (low-fat spray) bread pan.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until brown.
