  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus, cooked until tender
  • 8 thin sliced boiled ham
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Roll 2 stalks of cooked asparagus in each ham slice.

    Melt butter, blending in flour, salt and pepper, adding milk slowly; cook until smooth and thick.

    Add cheese and stir until melted and blended.

    Pour sauce over ham rolls.

    Bake at 350° until hot and slightly browned, 20 minutes.
