- 6 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 1/2 cups chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 slices ham, sliced thin cut in half lengthwise
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 0.5 (3 ounce) can French fried onion rings (or more)
Directions

1Mix soup, sour cream, milk and first amount of cheese in a bowl.

2Pour about 1/3 of this mixture in a 9x9 ungreased pan.

3Beat together egg and milk.

4Add broccoli, parmesan cheese., onion powder and mix.

5Lay cooked lasagna noodles on work surface.

6Place 2 slices of ham on each.

7Divide broccoli mixture evenly between the noodles and spread out.

8Roll each one up and cut them each in half crosswise.

9Place cut side down in baking dish and spoon the remaining sauce over all.

10Sprinkle other amount of cheese over along with the French Fried onions.

11Bake in 350°F oven for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes.
