- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 1/2 c. chopped, low sodium, 96% fat-free ham
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- dash of ground red pepper
- 1 c. 1% low-fat milk
Directions

1Coat medium size nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

2Place over low heat until hot.

3Add ham; saute 3 minutes.

4Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in bowl.

5Add milk and stir until moist. Drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls into a baking sheet, coating well with cooking spray.

6Bake at 400° for 22 minutes.

7Yields 4 dozen biscuits.
