Ham And Cheese Cornbread Rolls

- 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1/3 c. white flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 6 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1/4 c. applesauce
- 4 oz. shredded Velveeta Lite
- 6 oz. ham sliced
- 2 Tbsp. nonfat mayo
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 3 oz. shredded Velveeta Lite
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients.

2Fold in egg whites, applesauce and cheese.

3Bake in greased jelly roll pan at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes. Carefully turn out onto clean towel.

4Start at wide end and roll up with towel.

5Cool on wire rack 5 minutes.

6Unroll and top with ham slices.

7Mix mayo and mustard.

8Spread over ham.

9Sprinkle on cheese.

10Re-roll.

11Place seam side down in jelly roll pan.

12Bake at 400° for 5 minutes.

13Cut in 10 slices.
