  • 1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell
  • 1 c. ham (small cubes)
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. half and half
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
  • 1 c. baby Swiss cheese, shredded (about 4 oz.)

Directions

    Sprinkle ham, onion and cheese into the bottom of pie shell. In blender, mix eggs, half and half and seasonings.

    Blend on high until smooth.

    Pour into pie shell.
