- 1 1/2 c. ground leftover country ham
- 1 doz. hard-boiled eggs
- 1 can mushrooms or 1 box fresh ones
- 1 or 2 cans mushroom soup or 2 cans cream sauce
- cracker crumbs
Directions

1Arrange alternate layers of ground ham and sliced eggs in a casserole; add mushrooms between layers.

2Pour soup thinned with a little milk over layers.

3Top with cracker crumbs.

4Heat about 30 minutes at 350°.

5Do not add salt.

6Some onions may be added to soup or sauce.

7Very tasty and a great way to use up scrap ham if you are lucky to have any left.
