  • 12 Eggs
  • 12 Round slices of deli ham
  • 1/2 cup Your favorite cheese
  • 1/2 cup Diced scallions
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400, spray muffin tin with cooking spray

    Lay a slice of ham in each hole creating a ham cup
  3. 3
    Crack one egg into each cup and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. 4
    Bake for 12min until white is firm but yolk runny
  5. 5
    Top with cheese and scallions and serve
