- 1/4 c. Bacardi dark rum
- 2 fully cooked ham steaks (1-inch thick)
- whole cloves
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard

2Sprinkle peaches with 1 tablespoon rum.

4Slash fat around ham.

6Broil 5 minutes on one side.

7Meanwhile, combine remaining rum with sugar and mustard.

10Arrange peaches around ham. Spread mixture over steak and peaches.
