Ham And Spinach Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard (Dijon is best)
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. spinach
  • 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. dried onion or 1/2 c. minced fresh
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 18 to 20 slices ham (sandwich thickness)

Directions

    Mix soup, sour cream and mustard.

    In medium bowl, combine 1/2 of soup mixture, rice, onion, eggs and flour.

    Mix well and place 2 tablespoons mixture on each slice of ham.

    Roll up and place, seam side down, in baking dish.

    (I use Pam first.)

    Top with remaining soup mixture and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
