  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 1 lb. diced or chopped ham
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1 1/2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 1 soup can milk
  • 1/2 lb. Cheez It crackers, crushed
  • melted butter

Directions

    Combine cooked rice, ham, celery, peas and onions.

    Dilute soup with milk; stir in ham mixture.

    Pour in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top.

    Bake 40 minutes at 350°.

    Let set 10 minutes before serving.
