- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 lb. diced or chopped ham
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 1/2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1/2 lb. Cheez It crackers, crushed
- melted butter
Directions

1Combine cooked rice, ham, celery, peas and onions.

2Dilute soup with milk; stir in ham mixture.

3Pour in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top.

4Bake 40 minutes at 350°.

5Let set 10 minutes before serving.
