  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 pkg. thinly sliced ham (Buddig lunchmeat)
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dried onion
  • 1/4 tsp. dried mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Texas Pete
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • Ritz crackers

Directions

    Cream mayonnaise and cream cheese together.

    Add ham.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Roll into a ball.

    Chill overnight and then roll on chopped pecans.

    Serve with Ritz crackers.
