- Meat Balls
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb precooked processed ground ham
- 2 cups crushed butter-flavored cracker crumbs
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Sauce
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

1Mix all the meat ball ingredients in large mixing bowl.

2Shape meat mixture into walnut size meat balls.

3Mix all the sauce ingredients in medium size mixing bowl.

4Place the meat balls side by side in a 9x13 glass or metal cake pan.

5Do not cover with foil.

6Pour all the sauce over the meat balls.

7Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

8Serve over pinneapple slices or put just meatballs in a low temperature crockpot to keep warm until serving.
