  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 lb deli ham
  • 1 cup saltine crumbs
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 12 cup ketchup

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except sauce, together.blend well.

    Roll into balls.

    Place closely together on baking sheet.

    Mix together sauce and pour over meatballs.

    Bake at 300* for 1 hour.

    Yield varies on how large you make the balls.
