Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground ham
  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. oats
  • 1 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/3 c. white Karo

Directions

    Mix first 6 items together well.

    Form into balls.

    Bake in shallow pan 1 hour at 300°.

    Drain off grease, then cover with last 6 items cooked until slightly thickened.

    Pour sauce over balls.

    Cover pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    This can be frozen before baking last 15 minutes.
