- 1 lb. ground ham
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. oats
- 1 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1/3 c. white Karo
Directions

1Mix first 6 items together well.

2Form into balls.

3Bake in shallow pan 1 hour at 300°.

4Drain off grease, then cover with last 6 items cooked until slightly thickened.

5Pour sauce over balls.

6Cover pan and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

7This can be frozen before baking last 15 minutes.

8Serves 18.
