- 1 lb. cured ground ham
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, eggs and milk.

2Shape into meat balls.

3Combine brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and water; bring to a boil.

4Pour sauce over ham balls in pan.

5Bake at 250° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
