  • 1 lb. cured ground ham
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix ham, pork, bread crumbs, eggs and milk.

    Shape into meat balls.

    Combine brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and water; bring to a boil.

    Pour sauce over ham balls in pan.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
