Ingredients

  • 4 lb. ham loaf or 2 1/2 lb. ground smoked ham, 1 lb. hamburger and 1 lb. ground pork
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard or tsp. mustard
  • 2 1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions

    Mix together first 4 ingredients.

    Make into balls the size of golf balls.

    Makes about 25 balls.

    Put in a baking dish.

    Pour a sauce made of remaining ingredients over meat balls.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Can be kept in a crock-pot on low for 3 hours.
