  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dashes hot pepper sauce

Directions

    Bring cheese and butter to room temperature.

    Beat with electric mixer until smooth.

    Add milk, green onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.

    Beat until smooth. Refrigerate 6 hours in small cheese crock to blend flavors.

    Serve with crackers.
