- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dashes hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Bring cheese and butter to room temperature.

2Beat with electric mixer until smooth.

3Add milk, green onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.

4Beat until smooth. Refrigerate 6 hours in small cheese crock to blend flavors.

5Serve with crackers.
