- 2 1/2 lb. ground ham
- 4 to 5 eggs
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 4 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Can substitute turkey for ground beef.

2Mix together meats, eggs, juice, onion, green pepper and oatmeal.

3Shape into balls or use an ice cream scoop.

4Place in pan and bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 250°.
