  • 1 3/4 lb. ground ham (no fat), not baked
  • 1/3 c. Minute tapioca
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water

Directions

    Form into balls larger than golf balls the ground ham, Minute tapioca, eggs and milk.

    Baste occasionally in the sauce made from the brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and water.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°. Makes 12 balls.

    Can be kept refrigerated or bake and cool to be reheated later.
