- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 lb. ground ham
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. crushed graham crackers
- 2 c. milk
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.

2Form into balls, using 1/2 cup of mixture to make for each ball (about 25 balls). Place in a shallow baking dish and cover with soup mixture.

3Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

4May also be rolled into golf ball size balls and cooked in crock-pot all day on low.
