- 2 c. diced ham (cooked bacon or sausage can be substituted)
- 1 medium can mushrooms, drained
- 3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
- dash of salt and pepper
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Layer first 4 ingredients in an 8 1/2 x 11-inch pan.

2Mix the remainder and pour over.

3Refrigerate overnight.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes foil covered; remove foil for the last 10 minutes.

5This is great to make in advance for breakfast or lunch guests.

6Also keeps well in oven, warmed.
