Ham-Broccoli-Cheese Pie

- 2 c. cooked ham, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 lb. fresh
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- salt and pepper
- unbaked 10-inch deep dish pastry shell
Directions

1Cook broccoli until tender; chop coarsely.

2In unbaked pie shell spread 1/2 ham, broccoli, cheese and onion.

3Repeat layers. Gradually stir the milk into the beaten egg; add seasonings. Pour carefully on top of filled pie.

4Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese on top.

5Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

6Lower temperature to 325°.

7Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer.

8Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
