- 1/2 lb. cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
- 1 lb. ham
- 18 slices bread (trim crust)
- 9 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Layer bread, ham and cheese ending with bread.

3Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

4Pour slowly over the bread and ham and cheese.

5Cover and refrigerate overnight or freeze.

6Just before baking, pour over 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter.

7Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

8Let stand 10 minutes.
