Ham Brunch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • 1 lb. ham
  • 18 slices bread (trim crust)
  • 9 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Layer bread, ham and cheese ending with bread.

    Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

    Pour slowly over the bread and ham and cheese.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight or freeze.

    Just before baking, pour over 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

    Let stand 10 minutes.
