- 4 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 14 cups milk
- 12 cup swiss cheese
- 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
- 1 cup cooked potato, cubed
- 1 12 cups soft breadcrumbs
Directions

1In a ovenproof saucepan,melt 2 tbsp butter and saute onions until softened, about 3 minutes.

2Blend in flour salt and pepper,then slowly add in milk,stirring constantly.

3Cook until thickened.

4Stir in cheese until melted.

5Add ham and potatoes,mixing gently.

6Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with remaining butter.

7Bake in oven preheated to 400F degrees for 30 minutes.
