  • 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 c. cream of onion soup
  • 2/3 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2/3 c. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Spread ham in casserole dish.

    Layer potatoes over ham.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Add water to soup; mix well.

    Spread over ham and potatoes.

    Slice onion; spread on top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
