Ham-Cheese-Egg Bake

- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese grated
- 1 lb. cooked ham, diced thin
- 12 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
Directions

1Coat 9 x 13-inch baking pan with margarine.

2Add 1 1/2 packages crescent rolls in bottom of pan.

3Spread ingredients over crescent rolls except eggs and milk.

4Beat eggs and add to milk. Pour over mixture.

5Break 1/2 package rolls into small pieces. Add on top of mixture.

6Bake at 325° for approximately 50 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

7Serves 8.
