Ham-Cheese-Egg Bake

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese grated
  • 1 lb. cooked ham, diced thin
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 green pepper chopped

Directions

    Coat 9 x 13-inch baking pan with margarine.

    Add 1 1/2 packages crescent rolls in bottom of pan.

    Spread ingredients over crescent rolls except eggs and milk.

    Beat eggs and add to milk. Pour over mixture.

    Break 1/2 package rolls into small pieces. Add on top of mixture.

    Bake at 325° for approximately 50 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Serves 8.
