  • 1 pkg. Betty Crocker pie mix
  • 4 Tbsp. plain cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 6 oz. finely chopped ham
  • pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except pie crust.

    Prepare pie crust mix; roll to rectangle shape.

    Cut into triangles.

    Place a small portion of stuffing and roll (start at large end).

    Heat oven to 400°.

    Glue ends with water; glaze with egg yolk that has been diluted with water.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes on middle oven rack or until golden brown.
