- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
- 1 pkg. won ton skins or goyza circles
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix well all ingredients, except won ton skins.

2Place 1 teaspoon meat mixture in center of won ton square and fold over one corner to form a triangle.

3Moisten edges with water to seal.

4Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

5Serve with won ton sauce.
