Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
  • 1 pkg. won ton skins or goyza circles
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix well all ingredients, except won ton skins.

    Place 1 teaspoon meat mixture in center of won ton square and fold over one corner to form a triangle.

    Moisten edges with water to seal.

    Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

    Serve with won ton sauce.
