Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. sliced ham
  • 17 oz. sliced peaches, drained (save syrup)
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
  • 1/3 c. syrup from peaches
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Arrange ham and heat in shallow dish.

    Heat through at 350° for 1/2 to 1 hour.

    Drain peaches, saving syrup.

    Saute green pepper and onions in margarine or butter about 4 minutes.

    Add peach syrup to vegetables.

    Mix the brown sugar, cornstarch and dry mustard together and add to vegetables.

    Blend the catsup and lemon juice into the vegetables.
