- 1 1/2 lb. sliced ham
- 17 oz. sliced peaches, drained (save syrup)
- 1 small green pepper
- 2 green onions
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/3 c. syrup from peaches
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Arrange ham and heat in shallow dish.

2Heat through at 350° for 1/2 to 1 hour.

3Drain peaches, saving syrup.

4Saute green pepper and onions in margarine or butter about 4 minutes.

5Add peach syrup to vegetables.

6Mix the brown sugar, cornstarch and dry mustard together and add to vegetables.

7Blend the catsup and lemon juice into the vegetables.
