  • 2 cups cold cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 14 cup onion
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • diced ham
  • 14 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 14 cup peas

Directions

    In a wok or frying pan heat 2 Tbsp oil.

    Add onions and garlic.

    Saute until onions are tender.

    Add rice, soy sauce, eggs, teriyaki sauce and ham.

    Let sit 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally.

    The less you stir it the more crunchiness there will be.

    Add peas, cover and let stand 5 minutes.

    Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
