- 2 cups cold cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 14 cup onion
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 2 scrambled eggs
- diced ham
- 14 cup teriyaki sauce
- 14 cup peas
Directions

1In a wok or frying pan heat 2 Tbsp oil.

2Add onions and garlic.

3Saute until onions are tender.

4Add rice, soy sauce, eggs, teriyaki sauce and ham.

5Let sit 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally.

6The less you stir it the more crunchiness there will be.

7Add peas, cover and let stand 5 minutes.

8Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
