- 1 bunch celery, diced
- 1 can smoked Spam or ham, diced
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 box Minute rice
Directions

1Cook rice according to package directions.

2Saute green onions, celery and pepper in 1/2 cup oil.

3Cook until tender.

4Add Spam and rice and 1/2 cup soy sauce.

5Cover pan and let cook for 15-20 minutes.
