- lemon juice
- dry mustard
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. ginger ale
- 1/4 c. sherry
Directions

1Score the ham and put a clove in the center of each scoring. Mix brown sugar, lemon juice and dry mustard to a paste consistency.

2Spread mixture on top of ham.

3Bake at 325°.

4Baste often.

5When drippings are brown, add ginger ale and sherry.
