- 1 (5 lb.) canned ham
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. ice water
Directions

1Bake ham for 1 hour at 325°.

2Mix together flour, salt and margarine; lightly beat salad oil and egg.

3Blend into flour mixture, using 1 tablespoon at a time.

4Stir in ice water until dough forms a ball.

5Wrap dough in waxed paper.

6Refrigerate for 1 hour.

7Cool ham slightly; roll dough 12 x 16 x 1/8-inch thick around ham.

8Place on a baking sheet; pierce with a fork.

9Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

10Serve with cranberry-orange relish in cups made from orange rind.
